Where a percentage charge applies to a service — for example the charge configured on Car Insurance plans — it is included in the Total Payable shown in your plan summary and is applied only where legally permitted in your jurisdiction.

harbor.credit is not an insurance company, agency or broker. We do not sell, underwrite, modify or cancel insurance policies. Car Insurance Payment is a payment-arrangement service for an amount you already owe; your coverage, policy terms and obligations remain with your insurer.

Outside live agent hours, an AI assistant answers general questions and can collect your information. It cannot approve applications, guarantee credit outcomes or make commitments on our behalf. Anything material is confirmed by a person.
